Curtailment Closure

All Property Management units will be closed in support of the campus Winter Curtailment.

All offices will be closed beginning on Monday, 12.22.25 and will return to normal operations on Monday, 01.05.26.

We will have longer than usual response times during these periods and we will respond as quickly as possible upon our return.

SB 820

California Senate Bill 820 imposes additional restrictions for contracting out for services performed in buildings that have received capital state funding. As a condition for UC Berkeley receiving state capital funding, contracting out for covered services is generally not permissible. The list of UC Berkeley state-funded buildings can be found through Supply Chain Management here:

Central Distribution coordinates and supports inbound and outbound freight for the University of California, Berkeley.
Note:  To ensure the safety of our staff and guests, everyone entering any of our warehouse areas must wear closed toe shoes. Those not wearing the specified protective footwear will be denied entrance.
