Curtailment Closure

All Property Management units will be closed in support of the campus Winter Curtailment.

All offices will be closed beginning on Monday, 12.22.25 and will return to normal operations on Monday, 01.05.26.

We will have longer than usual response times during these periods and we will respond as quickly as possible upon our return.

Fleet Services assists the campus in acquiring and maintaining vehicles at the lowest cost, safeguarding vehicle assets and ensuring that employees operate the university's fleet safely. We minimize risks and liabilities to the University by monitoring compliance with federal, state and university regulations.

Fleet assists the campus by:

  • processing all new vehicle purchases in accordance with state guidelines
  • arranging for the proper registration and licensing
  • assisting with inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • insuring all vehicles under the University's self-insurance program
  • ordering and issuing state fuel credit cards
  • administering campus's vehicle rental program
  • obtaining driving records from the Department of Motor Vehicles
