UC Berkeley Surplus has made changes to their revenue sharing rates.

The new model now uses a tiered rate structure. It also provides more clarification on some processes that include sending items to Surplus. The new rates will be effective on May 1, 2016. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Director's General Prevailing Wage Determinations

Prevailing Wage Guidelines for Moving Services Customers

All UC Berkeley departments are required to abide by prevailing wage regulations regarding public works, which affects all items attached to the realty. UC Moving & Event Services (UCMES) uses the following guidelines to determine when prevailing wage rates will apply.

In this case a "job" is defined as a single move order or a small phased project move including move supplies, dump fees and UCMES administrative time.

Don't Let the Fees Stack Up

Starting January 1, 2015, Fleet will assess an administrative fee, currently $38, for each full month that a citation remains unresolved.
